We specialize in providing OEM producing services for equipment suppliers. Heat treatment solutions is one of custom manufacturing sections we tailored. Including many large-size parts, such as base plates ,bearing frames, and critical components, both of them are used in cable equipment.

Recently , we have received an order for making a large circle plate . This base plate is 5.5m dimension. However, we only have box type multifunctional annealing room but they are not suitable for this circle plate. Considering the cost and transportation risk, we decide to establish an circle annealing room for the process of heat treatment.

Now, we total have 4 annealing furnaces.
