We are currently processing a traction wheel by turning. The traction wheel is a component of cable equipment. We are using a vertical lathe for processing, which can process diameters up to 4 meters. This is a domestically - produced lathe, manufactured in Wuhu, Anhui. Our factory has 3 numerical control double - column vertical lathes, with processing diameters of 4 meters, 5 meters, and 6.3 meters, respectively. The maximum load capacity can reach 80 tons, which can meet most turning processing requirements. We have 4 horizontal lathes in total, among which 2 have a processing length of 12 meters.
