The tube in the picture is a component of our cable equipment. It is exported to Italy. The inner holes of the tube are all precision - machined. The coating is the paint and requirements specified by the customer. We have our own spray booths and baking ovens. We generally do oil - based paint and water - based paint. Special surface treatments such as chrome plating, galvanizing, nickel plating, and blackening are outsourced. After coating, we will test film thickness, adhesion, color difference, gloss, and other aspects to ensure quality requirements.
